We are a one-stop shop for all the services that you need
Inclusion Pathways was built for people with disabilities by an individual with disabilities. Our founder Ross Yellin utilized his own personal experience overcoming his own disabilities to help other people to overcome their challenges.
Our goal here at Inclusion Pathways is to provide an environment where individuals with special needs can live independently and get all the services they need. This can include any of the following:
- Setting your loved one up in one of our apartments
- Providing In Home and Community Based Supports
- Locating employment opportunities and providing support on the job
- Engaging your loved one at our social events
- Teaching your loved one Life and Social Skills
How To Sign Up
Signing your loved one up to get services is easy, just follow the steps below. If you need any help you can reach Harriet Shander at (908)-848-0385.
- Let us know which services you are interested in.
- Ask your Support Coordinator to add our service to your DDD Plan.
- Once the service is in your plan, your DDD budget will cover all payments. There will be no out of pocket cost to you.
