Residential Program

We will house individuals with special needs at local apartment complexes in downtown Redbank, New Jersey and provide them with the support that they need. In order to allow our residents to live independently and promote freedom of choice, we will work with each resident on developing their own support plan and tailor the type and amount of support based on the individuals level of need.
The location of our residential setting and the type of services that we provide will encourage our residents to live independently and socailize. All of our apartment complexes are located in the heart of downtown Redbank within walking distance to many stores, restaurants and public transportation. The location of our housing will create employment and social opportunities that are accessible for our residents. Residents will have the ability to run errands, go shopping, travel to their job and attend social activities independently. Additionally we will be organizing and facilitiating a full social activities calender for our residents.
In order to provide employment opportunities for our residents we are in the process of opening up a CAFÉ in walking distance from our residences. We plan to hire many of our residents with special needs to work at our Café.

We are aware of all the responsibilities parents, family members and friends have with juggling work and caring for their young adults with special needs. We have a solution to ease the day to day financial stress by using your DDD budget.
We are hiring parents and family members and friends to work one on one with their loved ones and get paid.
Community and Employment Supports
We supply Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who will teach and assist our clients to live independently, help them find meaningful employment, provide support on the job, locate and engage them in social opportunities and teach them social and life skills.
The goal of supporting our clients on the job is to teach them how to work independently and ensure that they are living up to their full potential. Our DSPs will make sure that their clients job is challenging them, teaching them new skills and giving them the recognition that they deserve.
We provide supports on an individualized basis thoughout the state of New Jersey. We will provide supports on an individualized basis and in a group setting to our residents in Redbank.
Robo CAFÉ

We are in the process of building a CAFE in walking distance of our housing location in downtown Redbank. Robo CAFÉ will be the brand name of the CAFÉ and it will be located at 62 White Street, Redbank NJ. Robo CAFÉ will be a robotics and futuristic themed CAFÉ with the purpose of creating employment and social opportunities for individuals with special needs. We will be looking for employees and/ or volunteers with special needs to work at our CAFE. We can use your DDD budget to bill for supportive employment services and provide enhanced Prevocational/ Job Skills Training if support is needed on the job.
At our CAFE we plan to organize different community activities where people are encouraged to socialize with each other. Here are some examples of our activities:
