SERVICES

Medical specialists estimate that 1 in 50 children nationwide and approximately 1 in 35 children
in New Jersey have Autism.

Once a child with special needs graduates from high school, their path forward is often uncertain. At Inclusion Pathways, we understand the challenges the neurodivergent community faces once the nurturing arms of the school system are withdrawn. Here at Inclusion Pathways our goal is to build on the progress they made through age 21. We help them, and their families, navigate their way through life to reach their full potential.

Through education and skills training, we will provide the support and guidance that your young adult needs to create a future defined by success.

One-on-One Support

We currently provide one-on-one in home and community based services to individuals with and without special needs. Your DDD (Division of Developmental Disabilities) budget can be utilized for these services.

There are two ways to receive our services:

  • A trusted family member or friend can be hired and paid to provide services for loved ones (this is called our Family-directed services).

  • Alternatively, we can utilize one of our existing trained Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s).
